Resurrecting the Forgotten
*wipes the dust off of the blog*
Well, look at this poor thing. I haven't written here since February of this year, and that post was about my father having cancer.
Super depressing.
He, by the way, is doing well and his post-surgery tests show that he's cancer free! Hopefully he stays that way.
Anyway, I kept telling myself that I should get back into writing. I kept wondering WHAT I should be writing, but I decided that anything was better than nothing. So, here we are. I'm attempting to come up with some ideas for new series of articles. Thus far, I have two:
Dreamslinger - essentially a journal where I chronicle the unusual dreams I have sometimes. I've always told myself that I should write down what I dream about in the dark hours of the night, and I'll finally do so. And let everyone else see them too.
Minecraft Chronicles - a first-person narrative of a Minecraft character I play as he discovers the world he spawns in. I figure I can play one hour every day on Survival mode, record my narrative onto my portable recorder, and then transcribe it onto the blog. Possible entertainment for all? I think it's worth a shot.
And that's all I have. I was considering recording a reviving the idea of Idiot Box Idiot(s) as a single reviewer show (since Wes and I barely have time to record a weekly podcast, let alone do a review show about television programs), but I'm not certain if I have the patience for it.
Well, let's see if I can keep things going this time around, yes?
